Some content — Luni’s replies, your daily tip, weekly plans and post-workout notes — is generated by an AI service. It can be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Treat it as a suggestion to weigh up, not an instruction, and use your own judgement about what your body can do that day.
